This beautiful home was designed with an English Revival style focus. The goal was to create a backdrop for balancing both beauty and function for this family. Pairing of old with new in many of the design elements, including a 200-year-old vintage Italian marble stone sink used in the powder bathroom. Rustic modern is the signature style of the Kelsey Leigh Design Co. brand, and this home is a perfect example of that.

Our approach to this project was deliberate, seamlessly blending the couple's modern, stylish aesthetic with rustic, natural elements tailored to the farm family lifestyle. Undoubtedly one of our most exceptional home designs, this project holds a special place in our portfolio, with the added delight of having the incredibly sweet founder of nuuds, Daryl-Ann Denner, as our client. From the formal living room to every meticulous detail, we were eager to showcase the seamless integration of a beautifully muted color palette with natural, organic textures. The family's "everyone-pile-in" lifestyle was at the forefront of our minds as we furnished each room, incorporating extra deep, custombuilt sofas, swivel chairs for backyard views, and a dining table in place of a desk in the nuuds home workroom.

This English-Inspired spec for McGregor Homes, located in the woodsy neighborhood of Cottage Grove, quickly dubbed the name "the treehouse" because of it's magical views. The home is nestled in the woodsy neighborhood of Cottage Grove in Edmond, Oklahoma. This walkout basement floor plan is situated on a sloping lot, which allows the first floor of the home to sit above the tree line, overlooking the treetops.

Our aim was to capture the English cottage style with all the modern conveniences (and plumbing)! It was a huge hit at the parade and took home several awards. You'll find simple elegance and charming detail within this home.

Neutrals reigned as the color palette theme, and the judges were smitten, bestowing this beautiful home with several awards.
