Today's the day! We've been dying to reveal the newly completed Sarasota Sunset project to you, and... the feature in Luxe Interiors & Design Magazine just dropped for Naples and Sarasota! Hooray! This project is near and dear to our hearts as our team worked on this design from floor plan to furnishings for nearly two years! And let me tell you, we were blown away with the end result of this modern coastal home, complete with the KLD rustic modern touch, of course.
We wanted to make sure this home was timeless, breathtaking, inspiring and created a sense of unexpected heritage for our clients for years to come. For this project, we had to capitalize on the incredible view the family had right in their backyard. The view and location of this Florida property right on the Manatee River were the number one focus. We wanted to make sure that everything about this home was oriented toward the gorgeous views of the sunset over the water. Just wait til you see what we're talking about!

KLD prides itself on being new construction experts. This project was an example of how the intentional design from our team can help a client achieve their goals, thinking through things you may not have been able to think of on your own (like focusing all interior selections on the view!).
